1. Who we are

This is the website of Billy Sherry, a sculptor working on Nantucket, Massachusetts. The site address is billysherrysculpture.com. If you have a question about this policy, or about information we hold about you, write to billysherry3@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Contact form. When you send a message through the contact form we collect your name, your email address, and the message you write. We use these to reply to you and for nothing else.

Shop orders. If you buy through the shop we collect the billing and delivery details needed to complete your order.

That is all we collect. This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third party tracking of any kind.

3. How long we keep it

Contact form messages are stored on the website so an enquiry does not get lost. We keep them while they are useful and delete them when they are not. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

4. Who else can see it

The website and its email are hosted by DreamHost. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.

5. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies it needs in order to work. They hold the contents of your shopping cart between pages, keep you signed in if you have an account, and support the spam check on the contact form. We do not use cookies to track you or to build a profile of you.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it. You can ask us to delete it. Email billysherry3@gmail.com and we will respond.

7. Changes to this policy
